It looks like the Political Left has decided that former-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is going to be the fall guy for all of the sins committed by the Obama DOJ and FBI.

Slightly off topic...

I noticed today that Mueller's new charges against Paul Manafort - which have NOTHING to do with collusion between Trump and Russia - are the lead news story on just about every cable channel and news website.

In sharp contrast, one week ago, when McCabe - the former-Number 2 guy at the FBI - seeks immunity from prosecution, the first time I heard about was here on Free Republic!

Trump is the Chief Executive Officer of the Department Of Justice.

He can fire every appointee in the DOJ if he wants to.

Now...if you can find evidence that ANYONE on the Mueller team (Weissman being the first person who comes to mind, especially with his record of withholding evidence as a prosecutor), you have grounds to not only disbar and indict the individual(s) in question, but to have the entire Mueller operation shut down. The odds are, btw, that if someone senior on the Mueller team knew, then almost certainly Mueller himself knew AND almost certainly many others on the team also knew (if not ALL of them).

This is why we need a Special Prosecutor to look into the Mueller’s team.

There is no perjury conviction. He pled guilty to lying to the FBI which is not the same as perjury.

The sentencing hearing for the plea has been officially delayed twice at Mueller’s request.

The original judge was recused (which is not the same as recusing himself) and the new judge immediately demanded evidence supporting the plea. Indicating to me at least that somebody higher up in the food chain took steps to protect Flynn and put his case in legal stasis while the Meuller circus was playing out.

I will not be surprised if eventually the new judge rejects the plea and dismisses the charges if Meuller doesn’t withdraw them himself when he runs out of stall tactics.

These to judges are both FISA judges and are supposedly directly supervised by Chief Justice John Roberts.

When I read a story like this, it seems obvious to me why Flynn's sentencing has been delayed multiple times since January.

Did they also delay his bankruptcy due to legal fees?

Ironically, so many “libs” who used to question authority, are now in lock-step with authority that is clearly acting unlawfully so long as the unlawful/unconstitutional acts further their cause...as least for now.
