The refusal of the DOJ to deliver the requested documents to Congress is becoming laughable. Does Congress have the authority to obtain them or not?

If so, why don't the Congressmen get a court order for them? or go to the DOJ with armed guards and look for them until they find them or ask President Trump to have them delivered to Congress?

Is Rosenstein a law unto himself? Does he have the authority of overrule Congress and the President? It appears that he does. How about the Supreme Court?

Or does Congress have the authority to overrule him? Or does the President? Or do the Courts?

If no one has authority over him, then he has unlimited power.
