TBS is expected to increase network oversight on Samantha Bee’s show after the comedian drew scrutiny last week for making a vulgar comment about Ivanka Trump.
A source told The Hollywood Reporter that network management will work with Bee and the crew on her show “Full Frontal” to prevent future incidents that could alienate advertisers or spark backlash.
The comedian sparked a firestorm last week when she called Trump a "feckless c---" during a segment on her show about the Trump administration enforcing a policy that separates migrant children from their families.
Bee reportedly had full creative license on the show prior to the fallout from last week's episode.
TBS declined to comment on the record to The Hollywood Reporter.

I used to watch a couple of syndicated shows on TBS. But between having seen those episodes multiple times and the constant commercials for Ms. Bee’s show, it’s been easy to stay away.
Roseanne sends a marginal tweet about a former administration member and her life and livelihood is completely destroyed. Bee gets on National Television and calls the Presidents Daughter a C word and gets an award the next day. Nice that the left has a death grip on pop culture.

We cut the cord nearly two years ago so when all this blew up I admit to being a bit surprised. I thought tbs went under years ago when they ran that scumbag ted turner off...
For any advertisers on her show, those are the companies I won’t buy products from. They should stop buying time on her show or face declining sales.
