Straight up.
Plus Colbert wins SuperMegaBonus points for bringing up this stuff in a relatively non-threatening environment. Mr. Clinton cannot go anywhere near a self-respecting news program without getting a rougher time about sexual harassment from the interviewer.
Younger female producers or on-air hosts will not give Bubba a pass on Lewinsky-ing.
Note that Clinton is never ever asked about all his abject rapes. Note that brave low ratings Colbert carefully asked about the most willing of Clintons famous victims. Monica WANTED TO GET A PRESIDENTIAL NOTCH ON HER BELT. She was a victim in the way it was handled, she might have first made the news by her untimely suicide, but she saved the semen-stained dress. But note that no one on the propaganda left dares ask Clinton to apologize to Juanita or Kathleen or any other rape victims. They ask him to apologize to the workplace inappropriate relationship that was mutual.
As if Clinton was merely a boss that fell prey to a hot little secretary flashing her thong panties at him once.
He has been a serial rapist, violent sexual predator, and at least post Presidency a pedophile. Colbert got to play brave and at the same time shield the image of Clinton from that thing all Clintons hate: the truth."
Exactly, thanks for the excellent summation.

Nope. And back then all the democrats just thought he was soooo cool - even more so after his rose garden adventure.
Andrea Mitchell certainly thinks it has all been ajudicated in the past.
Did he ask him about raping women and children?
Thanks yesthatjallen. Relax, he's just out there drawing fire for Hitlery. Don't believe me? Have you noticed much coverage of, for example, the email scandal that has been framed as pertaining to that bitch? Me either.
If Colbert really had a pair he would ask about the 'fly-over women Clinton raped and exposed himself to... not just 'liberal elite' Monica... who was abused... but who's NOT a totally innocent rape victim.
