Full Title:
Andrew McCabe wants grant of immunity in exchange for congressional testimony on handling of Hillary email investigation
Already the subject of a criminal referral by the DOJ Inspector General, Andrew McCabe is asking for an official grant of immunity in exchange for testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee headed by Senator Chuck Grassley. The alterative would be that he takes the Fifth Amendment when quizzed, a very bad look for the former number two official in the FBI. Yet that is what looks like will happen. I can only hope that this would take place in open session, so that the television cameras can capture the spectacle. While in a court of law, no implication of criminal guilt may be drawn from a Fifth Amendment plea, the court of public opinion is another matter entirely. It would be tantamount to an admission that yes, the fix was in when James Comey told the nation that no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case against her for violations of national security laws regarding classified documents.

Not to mention what McCabe might have to say about Loretta Lynch...
NO IMMUNITY!
We already have Comey’s head on a platter, just a matter of time with him.
He better give up the goods on Obama and/or Hillary (and their water carriers) that leads to a prosecution or no deal.
Depends on what he knows and who he can deliver.
“If he can provide evidence of Comey’s corruption then I have to think long and hard about this. “
He probably can finger a whole bunch of scum.
Q:
WE HAVE IT ALL.
THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID.
Immunity deal not necessary.......................
The whole issue that’s being investigated is how he gave immunity too easily to the key conspirators (Huma, Cheryl Mills) as a way to let them escape actual justice for their actions in helping Hillary maintain her private server, send classified info, destroy evidence etc.
We know absolutely that Clapper is a liar. And Comey himself said he himself lies but it doesn't make him a bad person.
The two of them "planned" to set up Trump.
NO. Arrest him for Treason and negotiate how long before he is executed, in exchange for his testimony. Let’s Mueller this POS!
Only if he provides rock solid evidence that will lead to prosecutions and convictions of higher ups and those many other law breakers. If not, fry him.
Put Trey Gowdy in charge. That’ll do it.
The guy lies. I hope they don’t have to give him immunity because he really does need to be prosecuted.
WE HAVE IT ALL.
THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID.

Having it all is not satisfactory. If it was, it would already be game over man... game over.
Releasing congressional reports and IG reports is not the same as putting someone under the lights, under oath.
Still, I would not promise immunity. Not unconditionally. It would be contingent on both the fullness and the veracity of the details he provides, the assessment of which can be revised ex post facto and the immunity withdrawn if his information shown wanting
Did you forget the /sarc tag?
Treat McCabe the way he treated the American people.
Try him for treason and execute him.
Then say it was a mistake and give him posthumous immunity.
Back in the 70’s, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith wrote a song that we should all sing to Traitor McCabe...Dream on.
Partial immunity? Maybe
Full? Never
Guilty, guilty, guilty!
Does anyone think that, given the chance, Mr. McCabe would not stab justice in the back the way he tried to stab our President?
NO ONE WITH ANY POWER SHOULD TRUST HIM. Please don’t make stupidity be the winner.
He opens with immunity, and settles for a reduced sentence.
I'm okay with that, as long as he turns state's evidence on the rest.
And not in Congress where it's only political, at a grand jury where real courts and juries are involved.
