According to The Hill, Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the FBIs counterintelligence division, and Michael Steinbach, the former head of the FBIs national security division, will testify shortly after the release of the IG report.
The third witness is John Giacalone who preceded Steinbach as the bureaus top national security official and oversaw the first seven months of the Clinton probe.
Bill Priestap was the FBI official who changed the wording in the James Comey July 2016 speech to remove the word President and replace it with another senior government official to hide this fact from the American public.

This goes all the way to the top (Obozo).
I understand these are CLOSED HEARINGS. Why not make them open to the public? We the People have a right to know.
Has anyone given a reason for the hearings being closed door?
Closed hearings allow them to talk about classified information.
Personally, I am tired of everything being classified and redacted. Everyone knows what happened and frankly, the fact that McCabe allegedly purchased a $70,000 conference table and they redacted that calls into question the rest of the black ink they put on everything else.
Best advice I was ever given..... if you make a mistake be open and honest about it. We are witnessing the proverbial bandaid on the toddler routine. Rip it off and get it over with or very slowly peel it back and turn a few seconds of pain into minutes.
I am not sure what I expect out of this hearing as it appears more likely each week that everything was run through a select few in the “special matters group.”
Probably for the same reason the IG report was delayed until June 11...
I share PRESIDENT TRUMP'S sentiments...
Donald J. Trump Verified account @realDonaldTrump What is taking so long with the Inspector Generals Report on Crooked Hillary and Slippery James Comey. Numerous delays. Hope Report is not being changed and made weaker! There are so many horrible things to tell, the public has the right to know. Transparency! 3:38 AM - 5 Jun 2018
The one benefit to closed door hearings is that there is less grandstanding and lecturing by the Congressmen.
They have to sync their lies.........................
You mean where they take 5 minutes to ask a 10 second question with a 1 second answer? : )
So what?
What’s congress going to do besides nothing?
More worthless chats in Congress. There is enough evidence to make arrests and Sessions just sleeps.
Is that a warning shot from the President who has the power to declassify whateverthehell he wants to declassify? Including the truth about McCabes $70,000 table?
You’re not going to learn anything from an open hearing. Those who testify are not going to disclose any new information and every answer will be checked by their lawyers.
Open hearings are for Congressional Grandstanding only.
Closed hearings are where things happen, although there will never be full testimony as occurs in front of a grand jury.
We will see. But so far you are right.
Yes, we do. But it is the way of the Swamp.
“While the session will be closed-door, we imagine leaks will be forthcoming as seems to be standard operating procedure these days.”
QUESTION: Why the closed-door session?
It is all useless.
Nothing will come of any of this.
Completely useless nonsense theatre
We wait.
Some of the white hats in the closed session include Jordan, Meadows, Ghomert, and DeSantis. We will find out what happened.
The way I read the article...the IG report will be released today. Is that correct?
That is what I read elsewhere too.
