You simply cannot make this stuff up.

The ComDem's behind this are pure evil. Disgusting filth.

They are the ones destroying the rule of law to satisfy their blind hate of all who disagree with them.

Products of 8 years of the ObamaNation.

Proving his point that partisan witch hunting drives the prosecution

They can try but they will be slapped down.

They cannot jail him or detain him as he is pardoned.

They can harass him but he can sue them for harassment.

He already served the jail time and has been out for quite a while. He probably also had paid off his fines.

Do they want to jail and fine him again?

And the AG also mentioned Scooter Libby as another example. Are. You. Kidding. Me.

Libby was a regular guy minding his own business who got caught in the jaws of legal corruption.

She’s full shit and couldn’t get rid of Double Jeopardy.

Even if she did, she would have to overcome another hurdle “Ex Post Facto”

How many laws would she need to get rid of to get her scalp?

Doesn’t matter. It’s contrived political clap trap...

The Pardon isn’t what really set them off. It was the very idea D’Souza would disrespect their manGod in the first place.

Why it was blasphemy of the highest order.

Heaven help us if these hacks every get full control.

The NY State Attorney General Office filed anti-Trump harassment/anti-federal/anti-US lawsuits once every THREE DAYS that Trump has held office fighting just about every order or decision he - or any of his departments - has made since Nov 2016.

True, their first Attorney General had to step down over sexual harassment charges. But their nbr two is just as bad, just as hate-filled.

Worse, theory goes, the NY Southern District filing against Trump/Trump lawyer/supporters were filed as state case to ALLOW double jeopardy to proceed, to prevent any possible pardon from being conceived!

The proposed NY law can’t be applied to a past crime.

An ex post facto law is unconstitutional.

If D’Souza commits a state crime in the future, then he could be prosecuted.

But he can’t be prosecuted again for a crime for which he already served time.

I doubt NY wants to open a legal can of worms.

trump should set up a secret review board and review every case that the Obama white house has brought against people looking for cases of blatant political prosecution then start pardoning and commuting sentences

As TRUTH continues to smash their delusions, the Left is getting more and more unhinged, hysterical--and dangerous.

The Corrupt Ruling Establishment knows that TRUTH will expose their crimes and send them to jail. As TRUTH looms and their defenses crumble, they become more and more unhinged, hysterical, and dangerous! Expect panic! Expect violence! Expect scorched earth!

"The New York Attorney General is so angry over the presidential pardon of Dinesh that she wants to get rid of double jeopardy to go after him again."

Wouldn't President Trump merely pardon him again?

Are these people that goofy?

Is the NY attorney general one of Soros’s proxies? Soros has spent a lot of time and money trying to influence AG elections with his hand-picked stooges all over the U.S.

It sounds like one evil and corrupt Attorney General was just replaced by an even worse one. So sad.

The time is rapidly coming when these evil sub-human freaks need to be stomped on hard.

Subverting our Constitution is the last straw and they are attacking it from every direction.

Because of dual sovereignty, both the state and the federal government could prosecute an individual for the same underlying act, if the act violated both a federal and a state law. Which is good reason enough to try to avoid federal and state laws having overlapping scopes.

But if NY currently doesn’t permit criminal prosecution of an individual who violates a NY state law who has been tried for the corresponding federal offense, and NY then changes that to permit such a double prosecution, I’d think that would only apply to future acts, or at least to individuals tried at the federal level in the future. If it applied to people previously prosecuted, how would that not violate the Constitution’s ban on ex post facto laws?

If you have not seen “2016: Obama’s America” you can rent it from Netflex.....with mid-terms coming up, it might be a good thing to jog memories of just what Obama tried to do and he, Michelle, Valerie Jarrett etc. are still trying to do to fundamentally change America.

Starbucks has exposed what Obama and Co. put in place...The Thought Police...telling us what to think. Colleges and universities have been exceptionally successful at this, especially under Obama.
