In the Portland bakery a black woman wanted special treatment, to be served after closing.
In starbucks the two black men refused to order anything even though signs said you need to purchase something to sit in the restaurant.
In the park at Oakland the BBQers were using charcoal and it was against the law to do so.
On the golf course fives black women held up other players.
etc etc
The media seems to think black people don't need to follow rules and white people are evil racists for expecting them to.
so now watch- black folks will begin to show up 3-4 hours or so after a store closes and demand to be served and scream racism if they aren’t allowed in or if the door is locked-
In other words, the bakery has confessed to wrongful termination. Thank you, thank you very much.
If the employees can show that there was a posted hours that they were open and can further show that the incident took place after hours, they should collectively sue the employer for wrongful termination.
Tomorrow's News Today !
Anti White racism. They want to genocide you.
Portland (Oregon) bakery fires employees for denying black woman service after closing
Bakery Fires Employees And Admits Its Racist After Refusing To Serve Black Woman After Hours ^
“In one statement, the bakery admitted that the employees did not necessarily do anything wrong, “this is more about how a black woman was made to feel” at the business.”
Here’s the problem, it’s about FEELINGS, not what would be right and proper. The fired employees should sue for wrongful termination. Personally, I hope the bakery goes under.
I wonder what kind of “impact” a white woman being denied service after business hours would have had. She probably would have gotten ripped for demanding “white privilege”.
What’s funny is that you can bet the two employees were white liberals. I wonder how they are liking the taste of this medicine?
The bakery admitted in writing that the employees were following protocol. Lawsuit coming!
Store hours for people of color: Summitin o' thirty to when yo sit yo a$$ down.
Funny, huh.
That’s funny, too.
And they would lose. There are - I think - only two ways where such a lawsuit would be successful.
One would be if the firing was prohibited by law, such as getting firing just because of your race. The other would be if the firing was prohibited by an employment contract. Neither seems to be the case here.
So the employees can be fired for any reason, or for no reason at all.
As an aside, I'm not a lawyer but I've watched many legal documentaries on TV.
Whatever their motivations, this incident is backfiring against the bakery owners in a big way.
Kudos to the sensible locals taking them to task on social media.
the fired white employees should sue the hell out of the bakery. They are the ones who were discriminated against and the bakery admits it.
This is what happen when society and govt define groups as protected classes.
Time to end all the protected classes.
Lawsuit. From the fired workers. Oh Hell yeah.
They can be pc, but there may be consequences.
