I would not be surprised if this was leaked by Trump's team ... for the sole purpose of getting an important piece of information out in public. The only relevant information in this letter is the date. It was written SIX MONTHS AGO, and no interview has taken the place.

Releasing this letter could Trump's subtle way of making it clear to the world that the interview ain't happening.
