Perfect picture.
My first thought was all that money down the drain.
The climate has been changing since the beginning of time, without any help from humans.
We could not stop the next Ice Age with CO2 if we wanted to.

Dept of Energy $7 billion. That’s $19 million EVERY DAY.
Dept of State $632,000. Are you kidding me? It should be zero.
