If Sullivan’s evidence shows that Obama tried to interfere in an ongoing “criminal” or “national security” investigation, then he, now, as a private citizen, could be called before a grand jury and questions.
I don’t think that his “presidential immunity” (which the liberals won’t give to Trump) will save him from being subpoenaed and questioned.

However, if other Obamites are brought before a grand jury investigation Obama’s attempts to interfere with federal investigations (it would be “OBSTRUCTION of federal officials in the performance of their duties”), they can either testify or go to jail for the life of this and any following grand jury who are working on the same crimes.
