I can think of a few other times that European leaders have blindly stumbled into things that have drastically effected the people, with arrogant thinking.

I’m disappointed at how few actually informative articles I can find on this subject.

Yeah, it’s a convoluted sunject and requires the use of numbers but someone ought to be making a try.

Mini-mills would be one place to look. These are smaller, specialty steel makers. There were a few that I was invested in back in the 90’s that did quite well. I’d be careful with aluminum. I think that market is being manipulated.
