Of course those “Workshops” do. They’re so one sided as to be laughable
NEVER ONCE do they mention CRIME, Drugs, Violence, in cities, hoods, schools.
They pretend that “racism” has everything to do with color or eyes, while intentionally ignoring the real causes of suspicion and avoidance, listed above and dozens of others too numerous to mention here.
It is systemic racism to have diversity trainers like this engage in explicit bias against whites, men, etc while arguing they’re fighting “implicit” bias.
