My mother grew up on 19th Avenue, was a beautiful city, clean and with pride. I was born there and visited 8 times over the last year and can not believe how the liberals have created such a crap hole and then blame everyone else. California is truly one of the most beautiful places on this earth, so sad that it will take no less than 50 years to bring it to a normal living habitat.

“I thought the shuttering of asylums started well before Reagan.”
It did, Jimmy Carter started it, the left likes to blame Reagan.

Their liberal policies have turned San Francisco into a giant overflowing toilet bowl of disease, feted urine and feces.
Who in their right mind would want to visit this once beautiful city any longer?

It is such a shame too. I fell in love with the city when I first visited in 1971 and once thought I would like to live there. Now I wouldn’t set foot there if you paid me.

Is it a coincidence that Pelosi’s name is Dallasandro?

Nope. It’s for real. Ick!
I lived in Imperial Beach, CA from 1980-’82, about 5 minutes from Tijuana.
Tijuana is now cleaner than San Fran, LOL!

Im shocked there hasnt been a cholera outbreak or something similar. I could not agree more. All these homeless could cause an unpleasant spread of WAY too many communicable diseases.

The time frame we are looking for is Reagan's time as governor of California, in the early/mid '60's. Not when he was president.

I just dont see any reason to ever visit that city. The negatives far and away outweigh any positives. My wife and I used to love visiting San Francisco back in the late 80's and early 90's. I can't see us ever doing so again.
