Will the English let him leave? I doubt it.
But it will put pressure on the idiot action of the English court. But if they are like most bureaucraps, it will have little or no effect.

Hasn't the US enabled the overthrow of legally elected governments for such charges? Hasn't the US DEMANDED that "peaceful protestors" not be interfered with in Egypt, Syria, Kiev, some US cities, etc ad nauseum?
Just what IS Great Britain? The Land of Silly Hats and Laws Fit for a Dictatorship? With the fall of London to Muslims, how long can Britain maintain any sense of order?
