Here’s what I’m getting at: for ending the nukes NK/China gets nothing. No deal. Nothing.
So for a deal there has to be more. We give, they give.
But we give nothing for the nukes.
The markets and infrastructure demands that will come with a " genuine attempt" at real progress/development by NK will have investors/speculators and entrepreneurs lined up to get a piece of the action.
I'm skeptical, but if these actions by Kim are legitimate, his country stands to gain at least as much as any in the process.
