Good article and comment. During the campaign even Glenn Beck called Trump supporters “brownshirts”. I was in my car listening to him on the radio on my way to work. I was stunned. I wrote down the date and time at the stoplight. I shut him off and haven’t listened since. I was an advocate of Glenn Beck.

Clinton’s team did a great job of framing Trump as a dangerous and unstable Hitler-in-the-making. As I noted before, that provided moral cover for her supporters to threaten and physically assault Trump supporters in public.

One of my uncles is a far leftist. On his facebook page normally he posted something political only once every 2 or 3 weeks. But once Trump entered the picture, he ramped it up to 2 or 3 times a day, every day. His hatred of Trump knows no bounds.
In one of the many times he compared trump to hitler, one of his facebook friends told him he was going overboard. My uncle snapped at him how he had family that survived and didnt survive the hocaust. How he lost 8 out of 10 aunts and uncles to it. How his grandparents were also mudered. How only his father, mother, and sister made it out.
Only thing is that its all a pack of lies. His grandparents immigrated (legally) from russia around the turn of the 20th century when Hitler was still a schoolboy. His mother and father were born in the united states as was his sister (he has 2 sisters actually, one of which is my mother). Neither of them so much as ever visited germany or europe in their lifetimes, much less during the holocaust.
Goldwater was Hitler. Nixon was Hitler. Reagan was Hitler. Bush 1 & 2 were Hitler. Trump is Hitler.

The mere fact that people can publicly call Trump Hitler and NOT be arrested or killed is proof that Trump is NOT Hitler.

The entire idea of lebensraum depended on the Demographics Are Destiny argument so popular on the Left at the moment, although the Aryans turned out to be insufficiently fecund to fill the area their armies had occupied and would likely have remained so for at least a dozen generations.
