Here in The Gay State (Massachusetts) there are so many candidates for the title of "Worst Judge In America" that you can't tell the players without a scorecard.Among the top candidates for the title are the justices of the state's Supreme Judicial Court which upheld a law that was recently struck down by SCOTUS in a 9-0 vote.

It's a 2nd Amendment case called Caetano v Massachusetts

This is a case where vigilantes would be most helpful.

Grab him, kick the ever living crap out of him, and deposit him in the Mexican desert.

I was raised in Massachusetts from 1963 on . It was at that time a great place to be a child . I could walk down to the center of Brockton and buy a matchbox car and walk home (only one block.) The communities were tight and we even had blue laws on the books which had most businesses closed on Sunday’s . Once liberalism (Kennedy’s) sunk their teeth into the electorate it opened the floodgates of persons latching onto the state for employment that paid and had benefits that far exceeded the private sector . One story after another pops up of the abuse of taxpayer monies either from welfare or cops or ghost employees (big dig) etc.. Deval patrick the moonbats moonbat had to be one of the worst scumbags to be Governor only affter Romney saddled the once proud commonwealth MASSCARE (obamacare precursor.) The liberalism and corruption is so entrenched that it is no surprise that this moronic liberal moonbat of a judge has done such things and made such rulings , after all just take a minute and look at the damage done by Ted (drunken a hole Kennedy) did with the immigration reform bill he pushed through in 1967 . That bill has decimated many areas in this republic to this very day . Massachusetts needs God put back into it’s fabric or it will continue on the self destructive path it has been on for decades .

Democrats won’t impeach one of their own judges no matter what he does - as long as he nonsensically rules to protect abortion and illegal aliens.

Judge Feeley? A name right out of an classic English novel, where character's names reflect their actions. What brings us to this point?

ComDem Insanity, where the lunatics are in charge of the asylum?

This is the incurable mental disorder referred to as “Liberalism”. How can the current use of that word have drifted so far from the original meaning.

They are always twisting the words of the English Language to the point of making them represent the opposite of the original meaning.

Orwellian Double Speak. It makes Language no longer functional to convey meaning and it twists reality in such a manner it destroys the rule of law.

This is where we are.

He probably isn’t the worst. All because he’s part of a little club of vermin judges that seem to try and outdo each other in their quest to destroy America. I’m sure another “club” member will outdo him, much to his chagrin.

“So, instead of giving Soto-Vittini jailtime, the judge gave him two years worth of probation. Thus, he could avoid deportation.”.........

“Giant Drug Sale” signs appear within two hours of the dealer hitting the streets. Thanks a lot Superior Court Judge Timothy Feeley!

This is absolutely unsurprising; I've known that the Judiciary was the most lawless branch of government for years, confirmed by the second paragraph of the article Federal court: no liability for PA judge who made up criminal charge:
A judge has absolute civil immunity, even if the action “was in error, was done maliciously, or was in excess of his authority,” the three-judge panel ruled in its six-page opinion.
What this is saying, literally, is that Judges are absolutely above the law and not subject to it in any way, shape, or form.

They wield this power because liberal voters allow them to. Judges can be impeached by politicians elected by the people....people get the government they deserve!!!

2 years probation for an illegal alien dealing heroin?

Illegal aliens just might be thinking that dealing heroin in MA is a very low risk business opportunity.

So now a handful of Republican state reps introduce a resolution to impeach Feeley and remove him from the bench. As of Friday night, they had rounded up exactly one Democrat co-sponsor — Colleen Garry of Dracut. One! Out of more than 120 Democrats in the House.”

Republicans do not know how to fight. Bring it to the House floor and make the Dems go on record defending Feeley and therefore putting a drug dealer back on the streets. Ready made campaign ads.

Make them defend an indefensible decision.

Still trying to noodle how ‘probation’ mitigates criminal immigration status??

The only notify ICE when the crime > misdemeanor?
