I did not actually support Ted Cruz for president, I had selected Donald Trump, and I am very happy with the choice.
But when Ted Cruz is right, he is very right. This is one of the times I COMPLETELY agree with him.

I work for DoD, the word has been out for a while now to stop regarding China as a potential friend. This would codify that into law.
DoD historically has been willing to share tactical and technical “best practices” with allies and potential partners. But it is now clear to all that we do NOT want to do anything to make the Chinese military better.
