It’s an uprated A129 Mangusta attack heli, modified by the Turks including airframe and armor changes, carrying Turk weapons and avionics.

The Turks have ordered nine and deployed six of the initial type, the T129A, which is actually sort of limited. The full-capability T129B is still in pre-production and hasn’t been delivered yet. As someone else noted above, of the six they’ve deployed to Syria they’ve already lost one to hostile action - but it’s the A model and it may not be indicative of the type’s performance overall, any more than the Mi-24A was indicative of how successful the entire line would be.

Er, I should say the T129B hasn’t been fully worked up yet, not that it was in pre-production. Reports are that the B model hasn’t been deployed in combat yet, only the A model.
