Rudy has been all over the map saying things for the last few weeks. We’ll see how things look next week.
If such a show-down meeting occurs, I hope there are at least two other legal minds studying the available data along with Rudy. This group can work on any public statements, should anything be said about it.

Rudy is not as sharp as he was. Neither am I, but I’m not in his position. I dearly love the guy for many reasons, and have critisized him as well. I just don’t see him as the guy to fix this. Maybe 5-10 years ago. Not now. Anytime you’re forced to explain what you meant 3 or more times, as he did a couple weeks back, it’s doing damage.
Rudy seems to be looking for the slightest cracks to begin prying on...hope he’s successful.
