“ITS THE LAW.”
And my contention is that the law is unconstitutional because it violates my freedom to associate with whom I desire.
And I only need five of nine Supreme Court justices to agree with me in order to vacate that law.
good luck, let me know how that works for you.
Housing and food are a stronger case than baking cakes.
I would question how the homeowner knew the perspective buyers were terrorists and why the government hadn't dealt with the known Islamic Terrorists......
He will lose most libs and a enough on the right to rack it up as a likely loss in an election. Who would even think to ask this question of him? Yes, why would he bring it up himself?
Patterns may might work with a realtor, but not really seeing it with an individual home seller. If just accepting a lower offer is considered adequate proof of wrongthink to obtain a criminal conviction then that’s a bit scary.
I never used the word”just.” If you want the feds to send in agents to entrap you, have at it.
That is obviously clear........Fortunately racial or other prejudice is against the law................
And you obviously support a libtard refusing to sell her home to a Trump supporter.........
I thought you would avoid the question.
Feel well.
The question was nothing more than extreme hypothetical, which I don't deal with.
Since I pinged you on a similar thread, I await to read your answer over there..........
I absolutely do. If a lib doesn’t want to sell her home to me then that’s fine, it’s her house.
It's a violation of the law, simple as that...........And I cited you the law above. So your "opinion" will mean nothing in a court of law.......
And since we aren’t in a court of law, your “law” means nothing when it comes to what’s right and wrong.
“This is just stupid. Do gay people have to disclose that they are gay when purchasing a home? I have made it a practice to never assume.”
Maybe you haven’t noticed, but homosexuals frequently wear their perversion on their sleeve. There are parades celebrating the lbtgq thing. There are even laws that punish people for not accommodating homosexuals to their satisfaction.
This is not to mention behaviors like two men holding hands coming up the sidewalk, or two females embracing eachother in passionate kissing that sort of give it away.
Gays make good home designers - like the gay couple on TLC’s Matt and Nate By Design.
People can sell their home to whomever they want and for me personally, its none of my business who sleeps with whom in the bedroom.
Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.
He stood his ground and good for him. Freedom of Association is fundamental natural right. That includes with whom we choose to do business. Same thing as refusing to sell a wedding cake to a bunch of fags.
I'd bet the National Association of Realtors would not support forcing fashion designers to design dress for Mrs. Trump.
My GF lives on 3rd generation family land. Her cousin next door is a real Ahole. The last time he created a scene and mouthed off to him she threatened to list her house with a Mexican realtor and move.
If Starbucks can refuse service to whom they chose why not refuse to sell your house to someone you don’t agree with. It’s your property. There is no law mandating you have to sell.
