FDR has to be included, not because he was the “New Deal” Socialist Democrat, but because he led this nation to victory in Europe and Japan during WWII when many Americans wanted nothing to do with foreign wars. Winston Churchill & Franklin Delano Roosevelt saved the world from Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo, and preserved freedom and democracy.
