NK is stalling and game playing. They have no intention of ending their nuclear program.

We will have to end it for them if and when Kim makes one wrong move.

This is only half done. The US cannot afford to be in response mode and just let DPRK dictate the agenda. Therefore, the US must ramp up sanctions on major Chinese banks who are in fact doing business with DPRK, and kick them out of the USA. China has been the big problem in this whole charade. Does anyone think that DPRK has not been feverishly trying to redesign and rework heat shields for ICBM reentry vehicles during this whole three month charade of Pyeongchang Olympic visits, Kim-Moon giving each other tongue at Panmunjom, and then the illusion of productive talks to occur in Singapore? It is all one big stalling tactic, so we need to turn it on its head and prosecute Beijing here which has been coordinating with Kim all along to roll the US, Japan and other allies in the region.

Agree 100%. Their present gamesmanship is simply about stalling long enough for them to perfect nuclear ICBM technology. They already have hydrogen bombs. Now they have to make them deliverable.
