NK talks provocatively and rudely like that all the time, for years in fact over and over and over, until up to now they got spoiled and used to the US side getting freaked out over such threats and returning to the table, especially Clinton and Obama’s teams, but also under Bush 2 in the second term...so imagine how the Norkies are scratching their heads (and their nuts) this morning when they see that the empty threat not only did not work on Trump, it pissed him off and they lost the phony summit which in reality they really wanted as a stall tactic to run out the clock.
