The Department of Justice, according to the department’s Office of Inspector General [1], has declined to prosecute a now-retired FBI special agent (SA) who mishandled classified information, gave misleading testimony, had “contacts with several individuals appeared to be designed to improperly influence their prospective testimony” and provided the IG with false information.
“Criminal prosecution of the SA was declined,” the IG reported in an investigative summary of the case [1].
According to the Justice Department, the law governing inspector generals requires an IG to refer a case to a federal prosecutor when the IG discovers reasonable grounds to believe that federal law has been violated.
But it is then up to the prosecutor to decide whether to actually bring charges.
Well I'm stunned. NOT! So, is this setting precedent for future discoveries?
Well, if they did, they might have to go back and take another look at Hillary — and that would lead directly to Obama.
Is this groundwork for a future HRC defense?

Looks like they’re adopting the reasoning used to not prosecute Clinton.

In the absence of an HONEST second Special Counsel, the conspirators in the DOJ, the FBI and elsewhere in the government will NEVER pay for their treasonous criminality. NEVER!
That only happens to people who are not part of the Deep State. Laws are meant to prosecute little people, peons, and those from flyover country.
Yep, the justice system is being perverted to avoid exposing any nexus to Obama. He is protected at all costs.

Fire the prosecutor that declined to prosecute his colleague and find another. If necessary fire them all. Appoint a special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute handling of classified materials, unauthorized disclosures, etc. Investigate everyone... roll them all up. No exceptions.
