The establishment wing 0f the Republican Party was dealt another serious set of blows on Tuesday as candidates from the grassroots anti-establishment wing, especially in Texas but also in Georgia, emerged victorious in another set of key primary and runoff races. In the 21st congressional district of Texas in particular, the former chief of staff to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and an anti-establishment crusader Chip Roy cruised to victory over the Washington establishment-backed Matt McCall in the primary runoff. Roy is heavily favored to win in November, and is expected to quickly become a fighter against the establishment as soon as he gets to the Capitol.

Calling Cagle and Kemp making the run-off a loss for the establishment seems a bit of a stretch. Who was the establishment candidate in the Georgia GOP gubernatorial primary if not them?

I say this as someone with no problem with either of them, they're both conservative.

Yes quite a good night for Trump & Company...across the board. Four Governerships in the bag, Georgia, Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky. Democrat turnout low across the board. the Democrat “Blue Wave”, seems to have morphed into the Democrat “Blue Dribble”.

The GOP is shedding RINOs left and right.

Conservatives are big winner. It will help to drain the Washington Swamp and MAGA.

About high time!

Cagle has waffled on Constitutional Carry. He and Deal got on their knees to make Home Depot and Coke happy over homo marriage.

"anti-establishment crusader Chip Roy cruised to victory"

Roy was heavily advertised with a statement by Ted Cruz as "My friend, a conservative Christian who is pro-life". How do you think that will play in the Swamp?

But to use a basketball term, we have to “finish”. It’s not over yet, even if we win big time in November. There is a lot of work yet to do to take back our country.

TX RINO Lance Gooden is the Republican nominee to replace retiring Rep. Jeb Hensarling. Gooden is a Joe Straus man.

And the Straus-backed candidate to succeed Straus in the TX House is Steve Allison in House District 121.

Clickbait news once again doesn’t do any homework

Kemp and Cagle are both part of the political class in Georgia

Kemp’s adds wreak of fraud to me. Every time I see one I can just hear them saying to each other “We’re going to get those stupid hicks to vote for us big time. What we need is some trucks, some guns, and some splosions Daddy”.

It’s pretty embarrassing actually.

Cagle cut Delta deep. He actually DID something. I’m good with that.

Rasmussen Generic Congressional Ballot has Republicans only down one point this week (43% to 42%, with 5% "other" and 10% "undecided"). This is bad news for the Dems plans to take the House and Senate.

The establishment Poe’s abandonment is seen as some kind of win against conservatives, but the joke’s on the establishment now, because Crenshaw is expected to join the rowdy conservative outsiders’ group...

Poetic justice?

Predicting the fall results by primary turnout is a fools errand.

Primary turnout was bupkus in PA in the district I live in... turnout was not 1/2 of what it had been for the special election 6 weeks prior in my polling place.. but fall turnout is a whole different game.

I keep praying the whackadoo arm of the Democrats actually bring up impeachment articles on the house floor.. because honestly, I think that’s the only thing that is going to keep the R’s from losing the house this fall..

I’ve never seen such complete electoral incompetence as the GOP ecosphere has engaged in this year.

He says he is against sharia law but the satanic Koran gives them permission to lie from here to hell in order to advance their cause and agenda!
