There are some citizens of Georgia who like that monument.
If all the people of Georgia are to live together in harmony, they are going to have to accept
differences of opinion about who and what is worth
commemoration (and not try to impose just one viewpoint).
I love it.
I went there when was a kid, spent a week there, saw the laser show on the mountain.
It was fantastic!
I will be royally pissed off if anyone does anything to Stone Mountain.
‘Went to Stone Mountain State Park last summer. Level of black attendance that day was about 30%. Level of black employees is around 65%.
No one seems to be complaining.
