Depending on the business, I prefer the kiosks for ordering. Most low-wage, first-job grunts couldn’t care less about customer service, and I can get more, and quicker, information just by reading.
Funny, I walk into Chick-Fil-A, and they have just as many first job grunts working, but customer service is always outstanding.....
I have had great service at McDonald’s and crap service at McDonald’s...
I’ve never had crap service at Chick-Fil-A....
Its not the work force as much as its how they are trained and managed.
