So what’s to guarantee that Rosenstein and Chris Wray won’t hold back documentation? I mean is there a way of knowing that all documents are going to be release or will it just be hidden away and “oops! We seem to have forgotten the ones that incriminate the FBI.”
Trump has no doubt been reading up on the law as it pertains to the Executive for many months now. Reading for big back round has been Trumps MO for all of his professional life. He’s made a lot of money researching others bad deals, buying them out and renegotiating them.
I was only half listening when they were talking about it but apparently most documents are stored in a highly secured area, almost like a library. They can go in and view them but they can’t make copies, take pictures, etc. I don’t know if that applies to this case of not or if it applies to the President but I know there is such a place according to the person that was being interviewed on Fox.
Probably more like: “Turn over the documents or I’ll declassify everything soup to nuts.”
(They want Trump to ask for their resignation.)

The DOJ will continue dribbling out docs and stonewalling as they have been because the GOP does not support a POTUS of their own party. After the midterms Trump will clean house at DOJ. But his hands are tied until then.

It would be nice if the President would just direct them to be unclassified. That would null the internal rules as well as any argument for redactions.
Added benefit, documents could leave the room.
Maybe President Trump showed them pictures of the expansion of Gitmo Shores in Cuba. Then, he asked them, if they wanted be cell mates with American seditionists or Islamic Jihadists.

He probably told them to release the unredacted files to Congress or he would declassify the whole shebang, and they would become freely available to all media.
Unredacted? Is their is a way to forge these documents? I don’t trust any of them.
