Good morning. I am feeling much better after being able to be fully horizontal. At present I am in the zombie world of jet leg. Eyes burn from tiredness, but not sleepy enough to push into more sleep, needing to rest but knowing it is day light.
I do have a plan for this: consider it still “travel time” and follow no set schedule. Weird hours for this week, going with the body’s rhythms.
