1) this “Special Counsel” POSITION is not supported by the Constitution, and
2) this “Special Counsel” PROCEDURE is unconstitutional. This investigation - including searches and possible seizures - without the 4A requirement of probable cause. An unconstitutional open-ended investigation of search/seize until you get probable cause? Totalitarian regime tactics.
So far, I’m not impressed with Trump’s counsel team. Apparently they like most others, have forgotten about the Constitution - that it is the Supreme Law of the land over the feds and federal actions.
Giuliani has clearly said that Mueller has everthing he needs now and should wrap up the investigation now. The only thing Giuliani said is that if Mueller gave him a credible and compelling reason for wanting clarification on something, that would be a possible justification for him to agree that Trump might answer it — in writing.
I like him, but Giuliani talks to much. He needs to stay off these talk shows. All it does is give democrats the chance to say he’s senile while calling him a liar. As in “a CNN source says no one in the Mueller investigation has spoken to Giuliani.” It happens after every interview,
