Bingo. If someone is dark complected, his crude scrawls and spray paint vandalism is called "art". If a white person were to do the same thing he'd be arrested for vandalism and disorderly conduct.
Each time I pass a rail yard and see trains desecrated with ghetto "art" and Mexican scrawls, I'm reminded that differences are much deeper than skin color.
