Pointing fingers and blaming AG Sessions for this mess and that it’s not fixed yesterday is sadly naive and frankly dumb.

Actually I'm in the company of brilliant conservative legal minds like DiGenova, Levin, Coulter, etc etc etc. Meanwhile the only people anywhere claiming that Sessions is doing a good job are a few anonymous twitter trolls that think it's just great that Trump associates and his own personal lawyer are getting their offices raided, while criminals like Comey get million dollar book deals and cushy board seats. You've chosen your side so quit whining about it.

He's doing a great public service but I suspect he's playing a part ina bigger game. I'm going to choose your side now and order you to cease and desist choosing mine. I have that ultimate authority. You miss out on a lot because of limited narrow thinking and fail to see John Huber's work for months into last year. He was brought on by AG Sessions. Huber will make the first indictments. You'll be moaning through the summer how inadequate it is and if only you were the grand poobah it would be all fixed. But you ain't. 😱🤓🤣👌😘🙊🙈🐸👍🏽

From the other thread. Huber is just another delay tactic. An unnecesary review of a review, with no actual prosecutions in sight.

https://hotair.com/archives/2018/03/29/sessions-says-no-second-special-prosecutor-request/

Sessions’ letter goes on to reveal that in lieu of appointing a second special counsel, he had asked US Attorney John Huber to evaluate “certain issues” from outside Washington, DC and to report back to him on what, if anything, might require further action or investigation.

Rep. Goodlatte responded to the announcement by saying, “this is not a substitute for a Special Counsel to investigate this and other matters, including decisions made and not made by the Justice Department in 2016 and 2017, and evidence of bias by DOJ and FBI employees in charging decisions.”

“Huber is just another delay tactic. An unnecesary review of a review, with no actual prosecutions in sight.”

It’s not a “review of a review.” Stop saying that which is just your feeling talking.
A Special Counsel is no panacea and would have to begin at scratch and run into years.

John Huber is on the job, is prosecuting a grand jury and can continue to do so.
For the love of God, snap out of it.

“where is this grand jury and what is it prosecuting?”

You’re not supposed to know. It’s a bloody secret grand jury. If you know, it ain’t secret and its work is tainted. This isn’t a TV show.

It’s been referenced several times publicly already and yes, John Huber is the US Attorney on the job.

It will be John Huber who will likely announce the first indictments in the #RussiaCollusionHoax.

The entire seditious conspiracy is unraveling. Fast.

Based on breaking reports, one by Sharyl Atkisson, you can expect that Andy McCabe’s name is high on the list of prospects, Brennan and Clapper too.

I know what’s in the public domain, re: the grand jury.
You don’t. If you did, you wouldn’t be a charter member of the old grumpy geezers club.

If I knew any secret of the grand jury, I certainly wouldn’t tell you.

“Rave on brother......”

Call the facts in the public domain whatever you like.
“Tell me more” is not a demand you get to make to the grand jury.

In a statement, Rosenstein said: “If anyone did infiltrate or surveil participants in a presidential campaign for inappropriate purposes, we need to know about it and take appropriate action." The attorney general, Jeff Sessions, has recused himself from Russia-related matters.

I'm really confused here. Rosenstein is 'in charge' of this (and everything else) because Sessions recused himself. How, exactly, does the FBI/DoJ spying on Trump's campaign have to do with Russia? It's US organizations spying on a US citizen...

so huber’s grand jury is in utah?

9-11.121 - Venue Limitations
A case should not be presented to a grand jury in a district unless venue for the offense lies in that district.

......................That claim is almost certainly false. As any experienced criminal lawyer knows, a grand jury indictment will not hold up unless there is proper venue for that indictment where the grand jury is located. In simple terms, there has to be a substantial connection between the crime and the location of the indictment — not only is that a federal rule, but it’s in the U.S. Constitution.....

Why would you think that? John Huber is not the US Attorney in Utah now.
He has a new gig.

Then there’s this thing called a plane. It’s a device allowing people to fly.
