Mueller is now looking at Ukraine. Basically the accusation is that Ukraine ands Russia are trying to end their stalemate peacefully, which will put Trump in a good light. This is “proof” that Ukraine colluded with Russia, which colluded with the Trump campaign, or something.
At this point, Mueller’s investigation is going full Captain Queeg.
