Excellent find...thanks for posting.
This letter is about 12 months late, but better late than never.
hat tip Para-Ord.45 for the pic
As I recall, Kenneth Starr was appointed to investigate an actual crime--the real estate fraud--and the Clintons managed to destroy enough evidence to clear themselves, but not their accomplices. The later perjury investigation was, again, related to an actual criminal act. Both of these criminal acts were very well known to the public at the time.
This is very different than the current special counsel, in which there was no evidence of a criminal act occurring that needed to be investigated, and in which the investigator keeps looking further and further afield to try to find a crime. There really is no comparison.
Sessions is recussed from the investigation, but not from ensuring the investIgators are following procedures. He is a hapless fool/tool.
That judge showed a lot of integrity. It was a milestone when he said the Emperor has no clothes. Hope he delivers another blow to the beast!
Another Judge just ruled the opposite. So interesting things are happening.

Mega corruption from the first Islamic Communist Black Foreign U.S. President, the wounds will last for years.
That is the single most important piece of information here, and I'll bet almost everyone has overlooked it. There's a reason why you're seeing Democrat/CIA media outlets like the NYT and WP publishing these comical stories claiming that the CIA and FBI were conducting surveillance against Trump's campaign to protect him. There's a good chance the redacted document is going to end up in the hands of Paul Manafort's lawyers very soon.
Absolutely WOW!!!
Grassley!!!
Rod Frankenstein will just do what he always does...ignore, stall, delay, whine, redact, etc.
Bottom line is, just what real consequence can Congress bring forth for this monster?
Did you mean unredacted?
Yes.
Clearly Congress understands everything at this point.
At the very beginning Sessions could have stopped this mess. He had all the information he needed.
Indeed she did. Interesting to note, the Obama appointee didn’t think it necessary to read the scoping document. To be fair, the charges are different, and I’m certainly not a lawyer.
Thanks for the link.
19 May: RedState: Donald Trump Hints That Rod Rosenstein Is About to Lose Another Big Battle Over Documents
by streiff
Tweet: 20 May: Donald J. Trump: If the FBI or DOJ was infiltrating a campaign for the benefit of another campaign, that is a really big deal. Only the release or review of documents that the House Intelligence Committee (also, Senate Judiciary) is asking for can give the conclusive answers. Drain the Swamp!
This seems clearly aimed to support Chuck Grassleys letter demanding access to the complete scope of the Mueller investigation. But in is also aimed at the documents Nunes and Goodlatte have demanded.
I expect Rosenstein will resist both the House and Senate demands but, at some point, he is going to stop being principled and start being merely an intransigent jerk who is going to be fired for cause
