Did Rosenstein delegate to Mueller the DOJ's FISA power???
It won’t be long until Rosenstein will start labeling House Intelligence Committee members antisemites instead of extortionists like he recently did a few weeks ago.
Rosenweasel starting to feel some real heat. Wonder if he’ll resign after the IG report is released?
And if he ignores or sends a partial reply to Grassley, then what? Congress needs to reclaim its authority and take Rosenstein and company down. If they don’t, they will have helped create a fourth branch of government that acts as if it is above all others.
Even Grassley knows who’s runs DOJ.

Two things: 1) Start impeachment proceedings against both Sessions and Rosenstein and 2) cut the DOJ budget severely. Specifically the money used to run the Washington part of the agency. Ditto for the FBI. Since it’s a totally corrupt agency, it should be put out of business unless it complies with the Constitutional prerogatives of the Senate!

Where in that charge did RosenWeasel allow Weasel Mueller to collude with Comey, act like a fascist PIG, and conduct Witch Hunts?
Judge Elliot has the scoping memo now. I wonder if the Judge has the gonads to throw out the Manafort indictments before him based on no predicate as required under the SC statute?
If he does, along with the apparent lack of predicate as sniffed out by Grassley, the calls for the SC investigation to end could grow into a chorus.

You bring up a good point.
Grassley knows Sessions is recused on Deep State matters because Sessions promised Grassley when he testified before Congress, under oath, that he would recuse himself.
