The young women where often gorgeous and very stylishly but modestly dressed in Western (European) fashion. The success of fundamentalism (Iran Revolution) changed all that. My wife and I got to meet some wonderful Persians before and after the crazies took over.
One of our youngest relatives post Iran take over was a junior at a great engineering school.
He was complaining about the Iranian Thug students, who had replaced the great Persians.
That reality and talking to Persian immigrants, who fled Iran to get away and to survive post the Islamo Crazies.
Gave us a lot of early warnings about the real dangers of the new rulers of Iran.
It is past time to remove the crazies in control of Iran.
