HUGE lack of morals and character.
Our society has been going down the toilet since fools started following Dr. Spock and his permissive manner of raising kids, which first led to do-what-you-want hippies and then all the havoc they have wrought by continuing that.
Do what you want....your opinion is all valid...why not shoot up people who upset you?
I agree that we have created a couple of generations of kids who have no grounding in morality but are exposed to many environmental and social influences that derange them. (And then we pump them with drugs on the assumption that the problem is chemical, instead of moral.)
Yeah I know Japan has its own problems but why such little violence?
