long-time NYT writer Feuer might be in SF covering it. he also writes for RS:

14 May:Rolling Stone: Antifa on Trial: How a College Professor Joined the Left’s Radical Ranks
By Alan Feuer
(Eric) Clanton was a perfect target for /pol/. He was not just a professor, but an ethics professor who taught philosophy and critical thinking at Diablo Valley College in the East Bay suburb of Pleasant Hill...

I met Clanton in a conference room at his lawyer’s office in Oakland. Though he had been charged with felony assault, there was no outward sign of the violence that the bike-lock attacker had evinced on video. A slim young man with watchful eyes and wavy blond surfer’s hair, Clanton seemed instead like a distracted academic. In his blue jeans and preppy sweater, he was pensive, full of halting pauses and obviously frightened by the possible 11-year sentence he was facing. (Clanton is scheduled to be in court next month for a hearing that could decide whether he pleads guilty to a lesser charge or goes to trial.)...

All of these strands – anti-racism, anti-capitalism, anti-authoritarianism – have come together in the struggle against Trump. Drawn from a diverse array of backgrounds – labor unions, anarchist clubs, communist and socialist political parties – the groups of radical leftists that have aligned themselves with antifa’s ideals have come to the conclusion that the president, and the extremists who have flocked to him, present the closest thing to a fascist threat the country has seen in decades...

Morons. The “protesters” were organized and funded by Iran. They’d have been out there doing the exact same thing if the US had cut off relations with Israel, because they were protesting the 70th anniversary of Israel’s Independence Day.

Anyhow, they were attempting to invade Israel en mass, and many were armed...so phuck’em!

Let’s hear it for those oppressed, peace-loving Palestinians throwing flowers as they “demonstrated”.

If the popular 60s song "San Francisco", written by John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas and sung by Scott McKenzie, were written today, the lyrics would have be altered somewhat.

"If you're going to San Francisco, be sure to wear some flowers feces in your hair. If you are going to San Francisco, you're going to meet some gentle violent, drug-addicted, mentally ill homeless people there."

How far this city has fallen.

Same people who cheered for the DDR guards killing off people fleeing and shooting the people climbing the wall.

Hundreds is not enough. Letting these apparatchik cadres lead American society around by the nose is wearing thin on the working stiff citizen. Any counter demonstrations we mount should include rows of “Bravehearts” who drop their pants and full moon the lefty drama queens.

I’m also angry at Israel for killing dozens of Hamas terrorists.

They should have killed hundreds of them.

If Western Civilization is to survive, it will need to get comfortable shooting unarmed/ill-armed protestors and supposed migrants.

I am amazed that every resident of San Francisco has not come down with some sort of virulent disease, given the multiple sources of pathogens from deviant sexual behavior, feces laying all over the place, drug use, etc. Talk about a s___hole, SF is IT.

Hundreds (of Leftists/Communists/DemocRATS) in San Francisco protest deaths of demonstrators amid US embassy move in Israel

Something a lot of people don't realize is that a lot of muslims live in nearby Fremont across the SF Bay. Thousands of them. Sort of like what happened in the Detroit area with an influx of muslims. So it's a simple hop on a BART train for muslim agitators to pour into SF from Fremont.

Rare to see any feces in Frisco, their lefties are in general well heeled “educators.” (Screwel teechurs in Limbaugh parlance)

Phony to the core.
