I know nothing about PA politics, but your post makes me smile! A dem loss is always a good thing.

There were three special elections in PA tonight.

HD-48 was held by a Dem who left to become a judge. This is the seat that the GOP picked up by a huge 10 point margin.
HD-68 was held by a Republican and the GOP held that seat by a massive margin.
HD-178 is a D+1 seat previously held by a Republican. The Republican has a very, very slight lead there right now, but it is way too early to call.

In the PA 7th District a pro abortion, open borders, uber liberal named Susan Wild won the democrat race against a Trump supporting democrat who is pro life, wants to build a wall and supports the NRA. Tucker Carlson interviewed him tonight. Why in the hell he’s a democrat I can’t figure out. The state democrat party supported Wild and the pro abortion Emily’s List. She beat the Trump the conservative democrat, John Morganelli by
3%. The district is currently held by a retiring republican. It was redrawn to favor democrats. So that’s one seat the rats will probably pick up in Nov.

O’Neal ‘flips’ 48th District in special election; faces rematch with Mitchell in November

Its even better than that it looks. O'Neal basically wiped out Connor Lamb's win in March the media made so much noise about and used as a basis to predict a "blu wave".

O’Neal had an uphill battle to garner a win in the Washington area that was last represented by Republican Roger Raymond Fischer, who stepped aside at the end of his long tenure in 1988 to become a Lutheran minister. In the March 13 special congressional election between Democrat Conor Lamb and Republican Rick Saccone, Lamb dominated the contest, winning the majority of the precincts within the 48th and all in both Washington and Canonsburg. Asked a month ago how he expected to get a different result from the same pool of voters who overwhelmingly chose a Democrat, he replied, “I’ve knocked on 6,000 doors.”
