Payments from Hillary for America to ZFS Holdings LLC, Clinton's Delaware-based entity, are marked as 'rent' and began last May.
Hillary Clinton has sent $150,000 in leftover funds from her presidential campaign committee to a limited liability company that was established to manage her book and speaking income, filings show.
Clinton registered ZFS Holdings LLC, a Delaware-based LLC, on Feb. 8, 2013, just days after leaving the State Department, records filed with the Delaware Division of Corporations show. Later, in April 2014, paperwork was filed with New York State's Department of State.
ZFS's listed agent on its Delaware forms is the Corporation Trust Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer, a Netherlands-based global company that provides services to legal, business, tax, accounting, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and healthcare clients.
The agent's address, which is used by more than 285,000 companies, including Trump business entities, is known as an epicenter of U.S. corporate secrecy.
The first transaction from the committee to ZFS was made on May 4, 2017 in the amount of $32,929.28, nearly six months after Trump had defeated Clinton. Each payment from the committee to ZFS was marked as "rent."
Seven additional payments were made ranging from $9,617.87 to $36,369.39. The most recent payment to ZFS, for $20,822.92, was made on March 15, filings show.
The campaign has pushed $149,456.78 to ZFS Holdings since early May of last year.

Clinton’s failing health only underscores that she had very little time to cement the Clinton legacy of greatness before passing off the baton to Kaine who was probably who the DNC really wanted long term.
That one good reason why I’m suspicious that the rumblings in NK aren’t really to be part of a larger plan to get a win for her in diplomacy, while giving the ChiComs something they want, and that Kim decided to try to get what he could in order to stay in power.
There’s no telling how Hillary would have sold us out had she won, nor how much in swag to the Clinton Foundation the ChiComs (or Iranians I suppose) would have paid.
I still think Kaine will be the candidate in 2020. If Clinton dies expect another DNC celebrity bash funeral leading up to him saying he’s gonna win for her as much as for America. /barf

Follow me here for a moment: remember when Obama said he wasn’t going away?
Well, whatever shadow government he has set up wasn’t established overnight. It probably couldn’t be established just since the election. That would indicate to me that he wasn’t going to relinquish power no matter who was in the White House, and that since he was likely assuming it would be Hillary that has other implications.
Recall that the Obamas and Clintons really did loathe each other. They comprise the core of two groups who want control of the DNC. Obama wasn’t gonna give up on the DNC being His anymore than the Clinton faction wants to give up control of the party. Kaine likely represents that effort to keep control.
There was never supposed to be a President Obama. But he was more historical than she was and so with him the Muslim Brotherhood really swept into influence. The war for control of the party between the two factions isn’t over yet. Kaine is how I think the Clintonians plan on winning it. All these new Muslim legislators are how Obama’s faction is wanting to win.
It’s like two poisonous snakes fighting over who will kill their prey: in this case the nation itself.

Seems to me that this is an area that would be ripe for hiding campaign funds, not paying taxes on the distribution of said funds.
It just seems that the Dems like to file a grievance every time they find a Pubbie transferring campaign funds this way.
I figured all of her remaining campaign funds would be used to buy her pathetic book. The perfect scam.
