I think these countries fear Iran more than they hate Jews. They know Israel is a peaceful neighbor.
also... Iran is a Persian nation of a people perceived as interlopers in the middle east.
Whereas Israeli, are blood cousins via Abraham and hundreds of historically interwoven generations...

not saying they are at peace... but explaining perhaps one aspect of why they are always at odds with each other, and ready to explode together over Iran.
