I am sorry for my cynicism, BUT I truly believe when McCain & Glenn skated on the ‘Keating Five’ BS, THAT was their ‘payoff’ for USN/POW & USMC/NASA service.
#6 is correct. Those who wanted something done just had to ask these two or they could be facing other criminal charges.
