Concord Management and Consulting LLC is one of three entities and 13 Russian individuals indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office in February in an alleged criminal and espionage conspiracy to tamper in the U.S. race, boost Trump and disparage his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.

“We plead not guilty. We exercise the right to a speedy trial,” the company’s U.S.-based defense lawyer Eric Dubelier said during the arraignment before Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey, who scheduled a May 16 status hearing.

This was just for them to enter a plea. I would imagine they have a pretrial conference soon.

Mueller’s indictment said the Russian defendants adopted false online personas to push divisive messages, traveled to the United States to collect intelligence and orchestrated political rallies while posing as Americans. Moscow has denied meddling in the election.

Really? That’s it? A false online persona? I’m doing that right now! So is every poster on Reddit.

I read this little tidbit in another article:

Dubelier told the judge Wednesday that the special counsel’s office has obtained Concord Management’s “confidential files” within the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of of Foreign Assets Control.

He called this “disturbing” but declined to elaborate what he meant to reporters after the arraignment.

Why not open a special investigation into Hillary colluding with Mexico? I’m sure plenty of illegals can be found having played some role or another trying to sway the election towards her....

This is HIGHLY interesting in light of the same type of data that Spermy Daniels' attorney Avenatti released to the public from Cohen's file...

Sort of points the finger to maybe the source of his leak?

Criminalizing trolling?

I can think of a few people that should be nervous about this BS.

In fact, I just read that the Treasury OIG has opened a leak probe and there was the suggestion that Avenatti received the leaks. If a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) got leaked, I believe that is a federal crime.

Putin says grandfather cooked for Stalin and Lenin

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Vladimir Putin’s paternal grandfather worked as a cook for both Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin, the president said in a film posted on the internet on Sunday.

In the two-hour documentary, called Putin, the president said Spiridon Putin was a valued member of Stalin’s staff. The wartime Soviet leader, who died in 1953, conducted extensive purges during his around three decades in power.

“(He) was a cook at Lenin’s and later at Stalin’s, at one of the dachas in the Moscow area,” Putin said in the film seen by Reuters.

Interviewer Andrey Kondrashov, who became the president’s election campaign spokesman in January, said Spiridon Putin continued to cook for the Soviet establishment until shortly before he died in 1965, aged 86.

He must have been a damn good cook, because if you messed up a meal with Stalin, you most likely got a one-way ticket to The Lubyanka.
