Report: Avenatti Accuses The Wrong Michael Cohen Of Making ‘Fraudulent’ Payment

Only $980.00 of it, but interesting that this guy got roped into the rest of the tab.

What the hell is going on here???

Wow!

I just found a picture of Rosenstein and Sessions.

In this picture, Rosenstein is scolding the Congress from trying to wake AG Sessions from his vitally needed rest:

I would say that Avenatti has become a de facto member of the Mueller investigation. That is where he is getting all this information to “leak”.

If Avenati knew he had been given access to illegally leaked attorney client privileged documents and then he leaked them to the press (or anyone for that matter) then he can be disbarred.

If Avenati got these documents illegally then he can be prosecuted. I don’t know how he could possibly have obtained then legally.

He was literally quoted in the NBC “article” (propaganda piece) as saying that Mueller’s team had information. How did he get it? That’s the problem. He basically admitted he got his information from the witch hunt.

Hopefully someone will go to prison for this. Not holding my breath though as we now have dual justice systems in this country. How we got to this point is anyone’s guess.

If I throw a non-recyclable item in my blue recycle can, I get in trouble. These people leak other people’s financial holdings, records, etc., and nothing happens to them.

Absolutely. They have all of his records and then they bring in SME’s that know how to comb thru spreadsheets and financial reports, looking for irregularities.

Doubtful any of the FBI agents would know a financial report from a diner menu.

This whole charade is exposing more than just the level of corruption of some high level, elitists in our government. It’s also exposing the fact that the FBI has worn out it’s usefulness. They investigate crimes that other agencies investigate, as well, and do it better, as that specific crime is the only one they focus on.

FBI has a unit that goes after fugitives ... US Marshal’s do it better
FBI has a unit that goes after financial crimes ... IRS and Treasury do it better
FBI has units that go after terrorism ... DHS has the same units. We don’t need two, doing the same job.
FBI has units that go after drugs ... DEA does it better
FBI has units that go after gangs ... Since the gangs are violent, use weapons, ATF can do it better.

Notice, I didn’t say that any of them were All Stars. Hardly. But, each one has a specific mandate, so they can focus all their time and energy on that mandate. The FBI, from Ruby Ridge - Waco - Malheur Preserve - FBI Evidence Lab scandal - Entrapment cases - list can go on, has proven that they aren’t all that good at their job. Might be time for some examination into what they really do.

This may be the real reason that Schneiderman quit.

When I think about the life Trump has led, and look at all the revelations of sexual misconduct bouncing around the DNC, I can only come to one conclusion:

.

Trump knows where all the bodies are buried.

There is a old but true story that concerns the bombing of the capitol. The FBI was taking dump trucks full of rubble to the lab to try to identify the source of the explosive. An ATF agent (ATF was then part of the Treasury), took a sample over to the ATF lab which has a new process called neutron activation. They identified the explosive used in a nano second.

Schneiderman is also possibly implicated in the NXVIM sex trafficking case. Its a family affair kinda thing tied to principles of the scheme and large contributions to his campaigns.

Gotta say I've seen nothing but incompetence from DHS, and the FBI.

As for the BATFE, they couldn't figure out how to pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
