From NHK:
Plane likely with N.Korean VIP leaves Dalian
An NHK crew says a plane believed to be carrying a high-ranking North Korean official has left an international airport in China's northeastern city of Dalian. There has been speculation that the North's leader Kim Jong Un was in China.
A plane belonging to North Korea's state-run Air Koryo landed at the airport shortly after 12:30 PM on Tuesday.
About 90 minutes later, the NHK crew observed another North Korean aircraft of the same type as Kim's personal jet parked alongside the Air Koryo plane.
The plane believed to be carrying a high-ranking North Korean official took off around 3:20 PM as Chinese officials looked on. The airport was temporarily closed to other aircraft at the time.
