Note to Macron: Iran is and has been at war against Israel, and in Lebabon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, as well as sponsoring terrorism more broadly. The US would destroy Iran’s navy in an hour, it’s airforce in a day, and it’s tanks in a week. Iran doesn’t need to be occupied. It just needs to be unable to export oil.

Those other chumps have money to make, doing business with Iran. Trump would economically sanction Iran again, and might say if anyone does business with Iran, that they won’t do business in America. It puts them in a tight spot.
