House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes announced Sunday he's going to push Congress this week to hold Attorney General Jeff Sessions in contempt of Congress.

“Two weeks ago, Nunes he sent a classified letter to Sessions, which he said was not acknowledged. That was followed by a subpoena last week.
“Then on Thursday we discovered that they are not going to comply with our subpoena,” Nunes said on “Fox and Friends Sunday.”

This is setting up something...and I think something good. Sessions better not take this lightly, he’s not protected by his skin color the way Obama’s AGs were.
“Nunes also said he’s not going to take any “excuse” that relates to concerns about national security. “How many times have we heard this argument throughout this investigation?” he asked.
Nunes also conceded that it’s possible Sessions personally is not yet aware of his subpoena, which he said he will probably take to court to try and enforce it. Nunes also said he’s already spoke to FBI Director Christopher Wray about the matter.”

I think Sessions finally got to a job that simply is out of his league. All this hype about lawyer work and prosecutor accomplishments....I think was just hype.
The whole House does have to approve by majority vote and then it is sent to the DOJ who makes a decision on prosecution.
