Yes but on what charge though? Give me a jury of my peers, let’s go to trial. Present the charge to the jury. Are they charging me with perjury because I said a word differently? No one should hire an attorney - let everyone involved get a public defender but if I’m not wrong, aren’t these just investigations? Why does anyone need an attorney of any kind for an investigation? You just don’t answer questions. You use the Clinton playbook....don’t answer questions and you can’t be found guilty of perjury...which is what they want!

Have you ever had to testify or give a sworn deposition? And not just give your recollection of what happened during an accident involving your truck?
If you haven’t then you’ll realize quickly that it’s nice to have an attorney present. It’s also nice to have an attorney respond to any requests from the other side. They speak in legalese and your answers, while making perfect sense to you may be just what they need to hang you out to dry.
